About Us

Patterson Record Storage was founded in 1992 in Fayetteville, NC by Tom Kiser.  He saw a need to build a record storage company that provided affordable hard copy record storage services to business throughout Fayetteville and the surrounding communities.  Under his leadership and throughout the next several decades, the company experienced tremendous growth in the local community.  

Today, the company is run by Tom’s son, Thomas Kiser, who came into the business in 2016.  After working for several years under the leadership of Tom, he took over the role of Chief Operations Office in 2022.  Thomas and his leadership team have continued to expand operations throughout Eastern North Carolina, build new relationships throughout the community and continue to evolve to meet customer needs.  With over 40,000 sq. ft. of record storage space and a 9,000 sq. ft. secure destruction facility, Patterson Record Storage is capable of servicing any size customer and has the experience and expertise to develop a program to fit ever customer’s needs.
